Fagottini di verdure

L’unica cosa che adoro della cucina cinese è l’involtino primavera. E’ un limite lo so… ma purtroppo tutto il resto non mi ispira! Sono altrettanto sicura che se facessi un viaggio in Cina cambierei idea! Non conoscendo esattamente il tipo di pasta che utilizzano e gli ingredienti del ripieno, ho provato a rifarli a modo mio. In cucinadicasa non siamo vegetariani ma in questi ultimi anni abbiamo deciso di diminuire drasticamente il consumo di carne. Per questo motivo nei Fagottini di verdure di cucinadicasa ci sono solo verdure! Per non saper ne leggere ne scrivere come impasto ho utilizzato la pasta fillo greca (presa in un negozio di cibo greco dove hanno dei biscotti deliziosi). E’ un’altra semplice ricetta di cucinadicasa; i Fagottini di verdure diventano un secondo piatto se si è a dieta come noi, il loro gusto compensa sicuramente la mancanza di un primo piatto di pasta.


  • 1 rotolo di pasta fillo
  • 1/2 cavolo cappuccio
  • 3 carote
  • 2 cipollotti
  • 250g di germogli di soia
  • q.b di olio, sale e pepe
  • salsa di soia


Come di consueto lavare le verdure e tagliarle finemente. In una pentola antiaderente o in una wok, versare un filo d’olio di oliva ed aggiungere in questo ordine le verdure: cipollotto, carote, cavolo cappuccio ed infine i germogli di soia. Salare e pepare. La cottura dipende dai gusti, in cucinadicasa piacciono le verdure croccanti quindi per questo tipo di ricetta sono bastati 5 minuti a fuoco allegro. Nel frattempo che il ripieno di verdure si raffreddi accendere il forno in modalità ventilato e farlo arrivare ad una temperatura di 200°.

La preparazione dei fagottini consiste nel prendere 3 o 4 fogli di pasta fillo (uno sopra l’altro), ricavarne dei rettangoli di circa 20x10cm; mettere al centro un cucchiaio pieno di verdure e chiuderli come un pacco regalo, piegare i lati corti sulle verdure a seguire gli altri due lati e posizionare i fagottini con la parte chiusa verso l’alto. Prima di passare al forno spennellare la superficie con dell’olio d’oliva. Cuocere per una decina di minuti, facendo attenzione che la pasta fillo non si bruci. Servire con della salsa di soia.


Noi di cucinadicasa abbiamo imparato che, molte pietanze normalmente fritte, possono tranquillamente essere cotte in forno e sono altrettanto buone!

Arrotolando la pasta fillo su se stessa diventa un vero e proprio involtino!
